Welcome to Year 3, a warm and nurturing environment where each child is valued, encouraged, and inspired to grow spiritually, academically, and socially. Guided by faith and rooted in Catholic values, our class is a vibrant and joyful place of learning, discovery, and friendship.
Year 3 is the introduction to the Juniors. A major focus is developing the child’s approach to school in terms of maturity and social skills. The routine is much more structured with a focus of developing independence within learning.
In Year 3, we explore exciting topics that capture our imagination, from captivating narratives to fascinating historical explorations. Our Religious Education lessons enrich our spiritual growth as we delve deeply into meaningful Parables and the apostles’ missions.
With an emphasis on creativity, curiosity, and collaboration, children develop their skills in English, Maths, Science, Music, Art, PE, and much more. We believe in fostering confidence, kindness, and a love for learning, empowering our students to be thoughtful, compassionate individuals who make positive contributions to their community.
