Sports Premium
Key Principles:
- We ensure that the sports funding is is used on improving the provision of PE & sport.
- We ensure that all children benefit regardless of sporting ability, that the most able children are given the opportunity to compete in advanced tournaments and lower ability are also included in specialist inclusion provision.
- This initiative will benefit all children from Early Years Foundation stage to Year 6.
- We will offer a range of clubs to be accessed by all ages, there will be no charge to parents.
- Sports Premium funding is provided by the government to provide substantial primary sport funding. The government is providing £300 million for the academic year 2023-2024.
